The casino gambling industry from Iowa is thriving. There are a lot of casinos, which is why the news that Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino is considering a 2nd casino for Polk County took some people amazingly.
There is not only a casino the group is looking for. Prairie Meadows Racetrack is thnking of adding a new horse racing track along with another new casino.
Jonathan Swain of Peninsula Gaming has officially announced that “It would be an entire center based on American quarter-horse racing, rodeos, equine activities”, adding that “It would support the ag industry as well as the breeds.”
Prairie Meadows is trying to slow their schedule of racing , as many other tracks from the country. The gambling industry was hard hit by the economic crises, and there are a lot of facilities that have closed their doors on most of sides.
Prairie Meadows has also added the casino gambling due to a horse racing business that has failed, but they believe this combination would be in their benefites.
