Looking at a European roulette wheel with 16 black pockets, 16 red pockets and a green zero pocket: in total 37, the probability of you predicting a number before the wheel spins is 1 in 37.roulette

This strategy said after the wheel has spun 37 times in succession, 24 individual numbers will come up one or more times, while 13 numbers will not show at all.

If one number repeats in one street, you bet on the other two streets.

If 2 numbers come up in seperate streets for the first time, place a bet on both of the same streets looking for a number to repeat.

This strategy assumes that the previous spin will somehow have an effect on the current spin.
